- 8 Bags of 7.5 oz
- Ingredients: Manioc (Tapioca) Flour, Modified Manioc Starch (100% Manioc), Dry Milk, Iodine-Free Salt.
- To Prepare: Set oven to 375°F. 1. With a fork or dough mixer, blend contents in a bowl with 2 tbsp. oil and 2 eggs. (Option: for a more airy product, mix in 1 tsp. gluten free baking powder before adding wet ingredients.) Mix in 4 oz (1 C) shredded cheese (e.g., parmesan, sharp cheddar, etc.), then slowly blend in 1/3 C water. 2. After dough is blended, knead it with hands. Work dough until it is well blended and smooth. (Add a little water if too dry; add more of the mix or food starch if too sticky.) 3. Roll into 20 sticks or balls no larger than 1.5 inches in diameter (don't make too large). Bake on a non-greased pan for 25-30 min. or until golden. Serve warm. Hints: Place dough balls in a single layer in a plastic bag and freeze. To serve, place them frozen on a lightly greased pan in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 35 min. or until golden. For pizza, flatten out dough in step 3 and bake at 375°F for 20 min. Add toppings and bake until heated. Use different types of cheese with different seasoning for a variety of flavors.
