Poor company relations

Comments about Char-Broil Performance T-47-D Dual Fuel Gas Grill with Side Burner:

Within 2 months the ignitor broke. Char-broil wanted to charge me over $12 to ship a new one even though grill was under warranty. Problems like this keep me from buying another product from this company. I would not reccomend this grill or any other Char-broil product.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
