The tie organizer was exactly as presented and exactly what my husband needed. He needed 6, one came shattered and I am STILL waiting for anyone to deal with the problem. It has been over 2 weeks. I called twice, was told both times it had been sent to "escalation," yet NO ONE has called me as to how to remedy the issue. The shipping box and the tie organizer box were damaged to the point of being completely punctured and one tie box shattered. I even emailed and all I got back was that they sent it to "escalation." I guess my next call will be to Mastercard. I grew up in Michigan and so miss Meijer, but I will NEVER use their online store again! VERY DISAPPOINTING. I was so happy to find the product at Meijer.com because I used to associate Meijer with quality and good customer service, but they must have misplaced the good customer service since I moved from Michigan in 2003. Great product, VERY POOR customer service.
