I like the height, size, and looks of the planter. Cedar is always nice.

The construction design was not well conceived. It could have easily been designed more ruggedly. Assembly was a little awkward. It felt like it could break with the slightest twist. The instructions recommend not trying to move it once it is full of soil. I would agree strongly, although two people might be able to move it at the risk of the slightest twist splitting the fragile wood joints.

Once you've picked a permanent and level location for it, this planter should last a long time.

We bought this container garden to put on our deck to plant small veggies with the kids. It was fairly simple to put together, and is pretty solid. [...]. My sons love their garden - it is at a good height for them to watch the seeds sprout and grow. We'll be using it for a long time to come.

I live in the country and have a ground level organic garden. I decided to try this for herbs in order to keep them close at hand (just outside the kitchen). It is great as the soil is weed -free and I don't have to worry about critters having access to it or eating it! I plan to buy a 2nd next year!
Teriffic idea and very good execution! Bravo!
