The Carrom Balance Board is the perfect exercise equipment for developing your balance and coordination. It is excellent for the skiing and skateboarding enthusiast or anyone just looking for a healthy exercise. Anti-skid strips are attached to the top of its multi-core, high quality hardwood plywood for better and safer control. Minimal assembly required - roller only. Completely finished using a high-quality polyurethane. May be used in a standing, kneeling, or sitting position.

      This was the lowest cost balance board I could find and it did work well. My tastes ran toward better quality so I returned it and ordered a Bongo Board.

        In this electronic age, this toy is great to pull the kids away from non-physical activity. I notice they use it as a "break" from their computer. I recommend placing a chair in front of them until they get used to it. It seemed to take just 10 minutes to feel confident enough to remove the chair. I'm trying to gain my own confidence to give it a whirl! Assembly took 3 minutes.

            My 9 year old daughter got this for her birthday. Such a simple design, but lots of fun. Her 7 year old brother also enjoys it. It takes quite a bit of practice to master. The toy is durable enough for both me and my 200 lb. husband to use too. Great for toning those core muscles and maintaining balance. Overall a good purchase.

              I was looking for a great way for my 9 year old energetic daughter to get some exercise during the winter. We home school our children, and during the summer we can go outside and run around for exercise, but in winter it is more difficult. If she needs to burn off a little energy I don't want her to have to get all dressed up in her snow gear. So, I saw this, and it looked to be something that would provide exercise, but also help with balance. I could not be happier. She was not sure when she opened it up, but once it was put together (in less than 5 minutes) we could not get her off of it! She would step aside for a few minutes when her 17 year old and 4 year old sisters wanted a try. What an super toy! I know we will have this one for years!
