1 Box = 3 oz (85 g); Chili Kit - White Chicken. Fix it hot or mild. Original Texas blend. All natural. Seasons 2 lb. Specially blended to season 2 lb of chicken. Fix it hot: add cayenne pepper. Fix it mild: Add no cayenne pepper.

  • Ingredients: Corn Masa Flour, Natural Chicken Flavor (Chicken Meat, Salt, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Chicken Fat, Yeast Extract, Turmeric), White Bean Powder, Garlic, Onion, Spices, Bell Pepper, Jalapeno Pepper.
  • You'll Need: 2 lb boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh) cut into 1/2 inch cubes; 1 tbsp vegetable or olive oil; 3 cups water. Cooking: Brown chicken in vegetable or olive oil. Add water, spice, masa flour, and jalapeno and bell pepper packets. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue to simmer on Low to Medium heat for an additional 15 minutes or until chili has a thicker consistency. To fix it mild, omit cayenne pepper. To fix it hot, stir in cayenne pepper packet to desired taste. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Makes: 6 - 8 oz servings. Create Your Own: Create your own chili by adding any one or more of the following suggestions: Add chopped onion or green peppers when browning chicken. Add 15 oz can drained white beans during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Omit 1 cup of water and add in one 14 oz can stewed or diced tomatoes. Serve over tortilla chips and top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese or sour cream.
