Campbells Condensed Soup - Cream of Onion - 1 Can (10.75 oz)
1 Can = 10.75 oz (305 g); Condensed Soup - Cream of Onion. Great for cooking.

  • 1 Can of 10.75 oz (305 g)
  • Ingredients: Water, Vegetable Oil (Corn, Cottonseed, Canola and/or Soybean), Modified Food Starch, Dehydrated Onions, Wheat Flour, Contains Less than 2% of the Following: Ingredients: Salt, Sauterne Wine, Onion Powder, Dried Whey (Milk) Butter, Soy Protein Concentrate, Monosodium Glutamate, Yeast Extract, Flavoring, Beta Carotene for Color.
  • Mix soup and 1/2 can milk and 1/2 can water. Microwave: Heat, covered, in microwavable bowl on High 3 to 3-1/2 minutes. Careful, leave in microwave 1 minute, then stir. Stove: Heat, stirring often. Promptly refrigerate any unused soup in separate container.

This soup is so much better in casserole recipes; much better flavor than cream of mushroom, and blends with many different flavors. I don't know why it's so hard to find, but I always keep plenty in my pantry.

My husband & I do not care for mushrooms so we use the cream of onion soup in place of mushroom soup in all dishes. Great flavor, not too strong, very tasty and I get many compliments for the dishes. Wish I could buy locally.
