          I first started trying to roast beer chicken using a beer can in the middle of the chicken. That usually resulted in toppled chicken and a big mess. Then I purchased a large ceramic roasting pan with the tube molded in the center. It took up a lot of space to store, was expensive, and cracked after three uses. I wasn't going to buy another one, so I started doing some research on the web and I discovered this one. It's easy to use, easy to store, does a great job, wasn't expensive, and won't crack.
          Nothing left to say except I recommend it whole-heartedly.

                We used to use the real beer can but the chicken was top heavy and would tip over. This works great. We got 2 for Christmas gifts and bought 2 more to give to friends.
