    I've had mine for a few years and I love it. I mainly do chicken strips. It can do a lot of them at once. I've done fish and a whole chicken also. Whatever you want to fry, this will do it.
    It can be kinda messy when you change the oil, getting the oil back into the containers..

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Used it to fry 8 pounds of chicken pieces and french fries for the family. Took 45 minutes to cook it in one batch. Could have cooked 2 smaller batches in 35 minutes in my smaller fryer. I still like that this is larger to do a lot of other food. After cooked, the meat was tender and juicy. French fries were crisp and tasty. Drained food on paper towels so they would not be oily. Clean up is a breeze to drain the oil with the nozzle and wipe out interior. Glad I bought it. Next will cook a 9 pound turkey breast.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
