            I used to hate garbanzo beans when I was younger, but now... they're good in salads, easy make-at-home hummus, as a veggie main dish with a sauce, or roasted in the oven with a little olive oil and salt as a snack. Plus, we're gluten free, and you can make a really good easy gluten-free cake with garbanzo beans and cocoa. Who knew? Bush's canned garbanzos are good, but they're a little hard. It's good for salads where you want a firm bean, but for other uses (like making cake or hummus), they're a little underdone. Not that they can't be used, but be prepared that they won't "mush" easily.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
