    How is 0-9 mos even a size range? I bought this for my 3 month old and it swallows her up. The hat itslef fits on my 28 year old sister. It looks like a very cute costume, but I'd purchase it for a 6-9 month old only (or a 28 year old!)

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
