Not as shown or described - tights were not included. Feather trim was not as pictured - it was very very skinny and no fluff at all. Tutu was torn in multiple places.

Costume is cute but has to be remade with other items that you have to purchse. It did not come with the tights. Had to buy them for $5.00. The fluffy boa edgings were NOT fluffy - had to buy a boa at the fabric store to sew around the neck and arms at a cost of $4.00. The tutu was not fluffy - it was flat and torn in 2-3 places. Had to be resewn.

Was not as advertised at all - in the picture the pompoms and boa at the neck are all fluffy - what comes is complete flat and small, no fluff at all. The stripped tights are not included. In the advertisement all it says is shoes not included. The tutu portion is not full at all, plus it was torn in 3 spots and hung limply. After adding our own fluff it is a cute costume but I do not feel it is right that it is advertised one way and comes to you so cheaply made and not as shown. If they would show what it really looks like it would not be ordered because all the extra costs that have to be spent to make it as shown.
