    This machine doesn't really produce as many bubbles as I was initially hoping... and the machinery is a little loud. But once it got going the bubbles were so nice and big and colorful it really is pretty. Also, the price is so good that you could buy two for the price of one of the other ones. So yes, I definitely recommend these in fact I bought 5 of them for a wedding that I'm doing next month.

    I must say I am extremely disappointed as I read all these wonderful reviews before ordering this bubble machine. My daughter's first birthday is coming up and we are having an outdoor BBQ so this seemed like it could be a big hit. It arrived today and so we unwrapped it right away just to discover that it is extremely noisy (the machine sounds like nails are crunching in the gears) and cheap looking. Worst of all it hardly makes any bubbles. It was a little breezy outside so we took it inside to see if that would help, but it makes only a few bubbles every couple of turns. The noise is very irritating. We are, sadly, sending it back tomorrow. :( Hopefully we can find a good one before my daughter's birthday.

                  We searched for a while to find a bubble maker that could be plugged in for our special needs daughter's 4 year old birthday gift. This one comes with the adapter so that it can be plugged into a switch relay. We combined it with a disco ball and she was the life of the party using 2 switches. It is best used outside due to the liquid bubbles but I have a carpet cleaner and so we use it where ever she is most comfortable--usually in the living room. Other kids love to chase the bubbles that she is in charge of making so she feels more independent and like "one of the gang" despite her altered abilities.

                          I use this primarily for my monthly playdate for my daughter but use it all the time now. this is a favorite. you can leave it stationary or walk around with it as there is a handle on top. light, easy to operate. i leave the liquid in and it doesn't brake the machine unlike other ones. love that you can plug it in for home patio use and battery option for park. this site has the best price and best warranty. Buy lots of the bubble juice from this site.
