Brome Bird Care Squirrel Buster Mini Bird Feeder
The Squirrel Buster Mini is guaranteed to be squirrel proof. Openings in the bottom of the metal mesh shroud are aligned with the seed tray and allow bird's access to the seed. When a squirrel climbs onto the feeder, its weight automatically forces the shroud down, closing access to the seed tray. Squirrels are shut out but not harmed in any way. The negative grip tube is part of our patented technology. It prevents squirrels from grabbing the wire hanger with their hind legs, hanging down alongside the feeder, and defeating the closing mechanism.

Both perching and clinging birds love this feeder. The seed ports have perches for the perching birds but the metal mesh shroud also offers a large clinging area. Because of the combined perching and clinging surfaces, you will find an enhanced level of bird activity with the Squirrel Buster Mini. The feeder also features a patented Seed Tube Ventilation System that permits humidity and hot air to escape through vents at the top of the feeder. The seed stays fresher and attracts more birds.

      We bought this feeder over a year ago and we still love it. It has weathered so well you wouldn't know how old it was by it's appearance. Once in a while a new squirrel will try to get in but still can't. With the savings from the squirrels not eating the seed I'm buying another one. Thank you for such a great product.

      Would it be possible to attach a basket underneath somehow to catch the seeds the birds hoist out of the feeder? It leaves a real mess below and attracts the squirrels. I like the fact that it is a mini feeder.

        I liked this so much because of the great design (the birds agree!)that I ended up getting two more larger ones. As soon as I get some landscape work done I'll be back for even more of them. We had 8" of snow last week and because of the neat design the food stayed dry. I really enjoyed them today in the warm Chinook weather we had, I've heard so many different birdcalls as they all are staying close to the feeders ... by the way, these make fantastic kitty-cat TVs as the birds are active at them all day long.
