I use this in my spare bedroom and it looks great. very easy to put together and detailed instructions.

This futon frame is fabulous. My old frame was simple, cheap, unfinished, basically great for a dorm, and I was ready for an upgrade. This frame was in my budget is so much nicer! The wood finish is lovely and attractive; it adds to my decor rather than detracts from it. It also converts between a bed and a couch with minimal effort and the metal frame holds the mattress in place so it doesn't slide off the front of the futon, which was a big problem with my old frame. I know I got my money's worth!The only complaint I have is that the assembly directions included with the frame were very confusing. First of all, they were contradictory. Parts that were listed on the "parts list" were not included, and not needed, and other parts that were included (and needed) were not on the "parts list" but were sometimes mentioned on a different page of the directions. Secondly, the directions included steps that were not necessary for my frame with no indication that I might not need to perform them. I spent several minutes looking for "missing parts" only to realize that I didn't need to assemble the back and seat of the frame because they were shipped in one piece rather than the two shown in the instructions!! And finally, the instructions contained very few pictures, the pictures that were included did not show details, and the text was poorly worded so that it was hard to follow what you were supposed to do. Once I stopped trying to follow the directions however, the frame was actually very easy to assemble! Bottom line, don't expect [...] quality assembly instructions.So, as long as you are willing to brave putting the frame together without instructions, this product is definitely worth buying!

This is very nice looking. It is also very easy to put together. Only con so far is it is very flimsy, there is no bracing in the center of the wooden strechers. also very easy to lay down and put up.
