I really like this product to freshen my breath after I eat. I love the spearmint flavor. I feel confident speaking in close quarters after I have popped one in my mouth. The only downside is; they don't really last 3 hours. There are also little crystals in the mints that dissolve way too quickly. But, overall, I do like this product very much.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
