      I use my Breadman about twice a week. I LOVE it! I was recently diagnosed wheat/gluten intolerant & thought I'd have to give up breads,buns & baked goods. Not anymore! The Breadman makes a wonderful dough,(for buns;rolls);an absolutely perfect loaf whether from a mix or from scratch with my special flours & starches.No, the loaf doesn't look like store-bought, but then homemade bread shouldn't!Not 5 stars 'cause the paddle always bakes into the loaf. However,we don't care!

        We gave this bread maker to our Daughter -in- Law for her birthday. She is gluton intolerant and this machine has been a great help to her. She uses it almost everyday. Thanks for designing and producing this machine. We learned about this machine from our daughter whose family is also gluton intolerant and she is very pleased with the bread machine and recommended it to Diane and me. I would love to win a machine for myself!
