I bought this knife because my old one was starting to get dull. It works well, with one exception, it's a pain to have to push the switch each time you use it. I guess I tend to stop and start a lot and this knife doesn't work well for that kind of use. If you never have to stop it or put it down for a few seconds, this knife is for you; otherwise get one that you don't have to push a button each time to start it!

Love this knife. We bought for canning corn (cutting corn off of the cob) and have been using it for many purposes since (like the homemade bread, french bread, Thanksgiving Turkey, etc.)I am so glad I have it!

I like the meat to be cut very thin and with this knife, I can do that. My only problem, it gets a little heavy after awhile of use.
