        I run a home daycare and use the mop 2 or more times a day to help keep us clean. The mop is easy to use, has changable pads so I can clean more than once a day and Bissell has great customer service if you ever need anything. Totally worth the price we paid!

          I love this steam mop. I looked at the incredible deal here online, and I purchased it at the store. The manufacture already gives you a 1-year replacement warranty, but I don't even see where I need it. It comes with the CARPET GLIDER, which works great, and the Minty Smelling Distilled Water, that also smells great. It gets hot instantly and it leaves the floor clean and fresh smelling. The floor is damp for about 5 minutes and then dry. (Way better than the sloppy, cold water that is left behind for 20 minutes) I would definitely rate this product as a 10 and I would recommend this to anyone that wants an easier way to mop. The only thing is that is recommends you use Distilled Water, so make sure you purchase that while you are at the store.
