Cleans very well....I use it on all my floors, i. e., ceremic tile, laminate flooring & lineoleum. The cost is a bit high for what you get.

Unfortunately, this mop did not last very long. One day, I tried to turn it on, and it wouldn't. I have read on a few different sites the same story. Not sure what Bissell is doing about this (can't find my receipt).

Love this steam cleaner. Lightweight - it is easy to pull out to clean up messes any time they happen. A must for people with kids or pets.

You have to push hard to make the stain obsorb into the pad..Really not for any big jobs..The steam removes all the wax on your floor

I loved this mop until it broke (in less than 3 months). I purchased another one and that too broke in about 6months...I give up...nice concept but wish it was built to last. If I knew how to build one to last I could make some $$$$.

I bought this a month ago, It is the best floor cleaner I have used.I have hardwood floor,laminate floor, and tile floor it works great on all of them.
