this shampooer is easy to use on any floor. the best part is the upolstry attachments that is right on the shampooer.all you have to do is turn a knob and the hose works to clean a sofa or stairs. Turn the knob back and your doing the floor again

I use this cleaner on my carpets. I cleans well, is easy to use, but heavy to haul.

I bought this over a year ago and its worked perfectly and even picks up dirt/hair that my vacuum can't. Several settings depending on how much dirt, option to heat water. Only bad thing is you have to empty the sucked up dirty water at least twice per room.

I bought this 3 months ago it worked great at first. It is now 3 months later and here is my history. The first time it quit working the unit was plugged up with hair, I cleaned the screen out inside the tank. The second time it quit working the brushes would not turn, and the third time it quit it was not using any water just solution. After 3 times of breaking down and 3 40 mile round trips to an authorized dealer I am getting rid of it and buying a Hoover.

I have a large home as well as a condo at opposite ends of the state. The unit is somewhat bulky to load back and forth in my compact car's trunk, but it fits easy enough and is well worth the travel.
Sections of older carpet in both places looked so, SO much better after I got this.
Cannot believe I waited so long to get one.
Really a terrific value.
