The first few times I used it worked great! After using it about 5 times started having problems the water wouldn't spray out. Very hard to clean as some of the parts don't come off and we had animals and the hair would build up on it. Sometimes had problems sucking the water back out of carpeting. Not worth the money!

This product has been used three times and I felt that the carpet looked good when finished. We have two dogs so the family room carpet takes a beating. This product does what it is supposed to. My sister also has one and she feels that it does not suction the water out of the carpet enough, but I clean my carpets before I go to bed and in the morning, they are dry enough to walk on, I couldn't ask for any more. For the price, you can feel better about your carpets without a lot of hassle. I have not regretted this purchase.
