Just coming from a very bad experience with my last vacuum, I was looking for something that would clean up the dirt, and not be a real devil. I read the reviews and was impressed, so I went to the store, looked at them, and brought one home. This thing is very sweet. It works very well, is easy to empty and has washable filters.The hose and tools lock in place real well....no falling off while trying to vacuum. There is no lift handle for cleaning stairs, but with the light weight, it has caused no issues. Great vacuum for the price.

I love this vacumm, I have 2 toddlers in my house and a dog and this vacumm never seems to fail me wether it be picking up fruit loops, or cleaning the dog hair of my couch! I highly reccomend it!

I am a house-cleaner and have used many different vacuums, I think this one is great for the price-tag.... there is a famous expensive yellow one that works just as good as this one does as far as I am concerned, same attachments and all. Also, I have microfiber couches, the little turbo brush is exactly what I wanted to remove the pet hair. Suction is great, cord length is awesome compared to my last vac...I hate to have to unplug every 2 seconds. Cons: Its heavy if you have a big home to lug it up stairs and such. But I don't care, my house is small.

I had read all the reviews for this vacuum and the step up (momentum by bissel.) I looked at them and they are very similar, the momentum has a 3 year warrenty and the Helix has a 1 year. That was the only major difference I saw. It picked up all the small stuff including cat hair. My carpet instantly looks cleaner. VERY easy to put together, only one screw is needed. It is heavier than some vacuums, some say its noisy, but its a vacuum, that is what I expect. Great for the price. It was $10 cheaper in the store than on the site.

I will not buy this brand again. Put sweeper together and just pluged it in and it stopped running. Trouble shooting was a joke and no repair tech near my home. Not worth driving out of stated or out of my county.

I have 3 dogs, a min pin, a shepherd and a shepherd mix and this vacuum got ALL the hair, even though the lengths and quantities vary. When my other vacuum died from too much dog hair I needed another one asap, this one had good reviews so I got it. So far I've used it everyday since getting it and I absolutly love it! It picks up everything and when emptying the canister and cleaning the filter I was shocked to see how much dirt it actually picked up. In addition to the dogs I have a baby and I feel much better about letting him crawl on the floor after seeing what this vacuum picked up!!! My carpet looks so much better now too. I would definatly reccommend this to everyone! The only cons I can think of are it is a little heavy compared to my other vacuum and the hose is on the short side, but with as well as it works, these are just minor inconveniences.

I have another vaccum but it doesn't have onboard attachments which I needed, and this vacuum is bagless - yippeee!! It's a little heavier than my other. I also wish the attachment hose were longer, but it might affect the power when using attachments. Overall I'm very pleased. Have only had it a week though.
