used 2 times worked great, then stopped spraying from machine and attachment. Cleaned it, ran vinegar through it nothing helped. Off to the trash. Waste of money.

had this for just about a year when it stopped working, it no longer sucks up or sprays water! plus it blows out hot air??? what's up with that

The water tank is very small, and you can save time by just filling it with hot water instead of waiting for the machine to heat it up for you. Our attachment stopped working (no suction on the hose) a short time after we started using it. It is heavy and awkward to use. I would not recommend it. It's good at getting the carpet wet, but it really stinks at suctioning it up again.

this cleaner definately needs more suction power. When we were told about the porduct of it having excellent suction, we were given false information.

Bought a Bissell 25A3, Don't bother.
I bought it because it heat up the water, a good sales pitch.
If you like filling and emptying the tank for every 6 square feet, then this is your model.
If I could find a wash machine that was 12 feet long, I'd use that instead. Your carpet after the spin cycle would be dryer than with this "carpet" machine. I was worried about my floor boards warping.

I had a Hoover before this one. Will trade for a Hoover.
