  • Do not bake in oven or toaster oven. Do not leave microwave unattended. Do not use bowl for reheating.
  • Directions: 1. Empty cake mix into bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon water plus 1 teaspoon water carefully until well mixed. 2. Squeeze fudge pouch 10 times (do not microwave). Cut off corner of pouch at cut line. Squeeze 4 to 6 lines of fudge over batter. Note: Because microwaves cook differently, time is approximate. 3. Microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds or until most of surface looks dry. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds longer. Caution: hot. Remove carefully to heatproof surface. Let stand 2 minutes. High Altitude (3500'-6500'): No change. Betty's Tip: To make two cakes, microwave both on high 45 seconds.

      These are so easy to prepare and is just the right serving size when you want a little treat, but no time or energy to bake a large cake. The molten chocolate is out of this world! Fun for little ones to bake too.

          Well, we all need a little treat sometimes, and this is just the perfect size - and only 150 calories! Sometimes I add more water than instructed - it makes a pudding cake-like dessert that you can top with a little low cal whipped topping or sugar free ice cream and still not over-indulge. Even though I do like to bake, sometimes the baked goods get eaten before you get to make more, so it's perfect for a single person or a couple!
