My cat loves sleeping on top of it, but he is a little bit too big to fit comfortably inside. Time for a kitty diet! He loves scratching at it and gives me a satisfying look when I give him approvals for scratching that and not the carpets.

This 2-story cat condo is great for a multi-cat household. It is a solid piece: well-constructed and firmly carpeted. It holds up well to wear and tear by felines who love to stretch and scratch. Best of all they love to perch on top for those times they enjoy a good nap.

My cat loves to climb in and around the condo. She plays "hide and seek" with me while being in the condo and loves to sharpen her nails on the sides and top of the condo.

I started using the 2 story cat condo with my first kitty several years back with fairly good results. I then introduced kitty #2 quite a few years later with another cat condo which made 2 housing units. With this came a dog and I thought for sure they would hide inside the condo from the dog but no go. They use the condo to sit on top of only, I don't think they know there is an inside. Go figure?

This product is popular with my two new Siamese kittens. They quickly started playing with it and climbing in and out of the openings. My main disappointment with it however is I would really have preferred a three story condo for the kittens to "grow into".

However they don't seem to make them anymore. My previous cat had the three story and loved it.

The biggest drawback so far besides it being rather small is that the carpeting sheds all over the floor and I'm constantly picking pieces up so my girls don't eat them.

Still a very good product overall.
