- Ingredients: Semolina, Durum Flour, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
- Get the best from your pasta, cooking the Italian way. 1. To prepare half of the package (1lb), bring 4 to 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt to taste, if desired. 2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently. 3. Return to a boil. For authentic al dente pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 9 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional 1 minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5. Serve immediately with your favorite Barilla sauce.
