If I don't have time to make homemade pasta sauce, this is my favorite choice. I love mushrooms! It has a wonderful flavor, especially with the already added extra virgin olive oil. I don't like sugar added to any tomato sauce. It's my only complaint. I think tomatoes are naturally sweet and flavorful.
