  • 1 Box of 16 oz (1 lb) 454 g
  • Kosher
  • Ingredients: Semolina, Durum Flour, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid.
  • Directions: 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add salt to taste, if desired. 2. Add contents of package to boiling water. Stir gently. 3. Return to a boil. For authentic al dente pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 11 minutes. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute. 4. Remove from heat. Drain well. 5. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
