      The service from Matel was awesome. The product is OK. The kids say they have too much trouble getting it up and down and are afraid it will break. By the way, the age group playing with this toy is 9-11. Price was a little high, but much better throgh Mattel than a regular store. The web site was very user friendly.

      We gave this to our daughter for Christmas because the Barbie townhouse was sold out. She doesn't play with it much. There is not much to the house and the pieces for attachments are kind of cheap. On the positive side, it does fold up nicely when it is time to clean up.

                Our 3 yo granddaughter loves this toy. It folds so she can bring it to our house and is sat up to play in no time at all. The construction is solid enough to hold up to her rigorous adventures. you can't best this toy for the price!

                            My niece had been asking for the Glam House for sometime. She opened that box and nothing else mattered at that point. The Glam House is set up next to her other Barbie house and it is a great neighborhood. I am so glad the Glam House was an idea that came to fruition. Nothing but praise for Mattel.
