      I bought this for my daughter because I loved the plush feel of the blanket (I also got it embroidered later w/ my daughter's name). Now that my daughter is 18 mths old, she's gotten very attached to the monkey & carries him around hugging him like an old buddy! She doesn't normally care for dolls in general so it made me really happy to see how much she loves her little monkey. Pluse the gift box has made a great un-matched sock holder!
