    I had this huge historic looking shelf that I used to keep my dvds on. Now with this new shelf that I bought my dvds are organized and it looks ten times better in my room.

    I have built two of these within 20-30 minutes. There's some gluing involved (the pain I pointed out in the cons). There's also these annoying (to me) sliding arms for each row that are used to keep the stand [standing] up straight. They take up space that could be used for more movies. I didn't install them and I'm glad I didn't because I already need another one after filling my current one up all the way.

    I've looked online and in-store for another, or poissbly a replacement for this current stand. To my surprise though, there's literally nothing that I've found that compares to the storage capacity of this stand and/or price and still looks decent in a living room. It's kind of sad because I'm sure these aren't made in the USA. Oh well, you could say that for just about anything these days.

    People, I strongly recommend and they will last you virtually forever if you don't abuse them anymore than you would any other media storage stand.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
