This ipad is great for home and work use. My kids play on it all the time both at home and out and about. I use it for work and fun. For work I am able to use the wifi anywhere for a small fee. As above, this ipad gets taken everywhere and has held up great. I would recommend this model to anyone interested in purchasing.

The Ipad is a good investment. I purchased for my son to use for school I use it more than he does. He asked for "The New IPAD" and I'm considering purchasing that for him so I can have the Ipad2 for myself. Love it Love it Love it.... In addition to that, the price was very resonable at Meijer. I compared prices w/other Apple Ipad sellers and none of them sells the cover w/the Ipad that must be purchased separatly.

I am disabled-this has brought SO much to my life, I can view video's, tv shows I missed, play so many games, read books, email, search the web, and it's all compact-so I can hold it in my hands-and not have to carry a heavy computer around. The batter life is amazing. It recharges quickly-the speakers/Itune sound amazing. But the BeST thing for me is Facetime-I can talk to my precious newphew and Godson, read them stories, etc-and it's so much better than skype-it's like I'm there in person-it's clear-it can move with my little godson so he takes me on a tour of his house! It's brought so much joy to my life.

I use my iPad2 for a combination of research needs and pure entertainment. It goes everywhere with me ... from the library to the genealogical society to the grocery store. Even at home it goes from room to room with me. I am not a super fan of having to use iTunes to download everything, but it certainly is workable. I carry mine in my purse, but hubby needed to buy a more durable case for his while going back and forth from work.

As a person who loves apple products, purchasing this product at Meier rather than somewhere else doesn't make a difference. Anyone who has used an apple device understands they need to go to apple store for support! Great product at a great price!

The iPad is a great device but don't purchase one from Meijers they do t stand behind the product and once open you must go through the apple store who will tell you to take it back where you got it ant then you will be returned to the store a and on and on. Pay the extra money and get one that has product support . Store 160 in Louisville ruined my experience with what should of been an exciting purchase when upon opening the unit was damage

I use my iPad 2 for everything reading, web surfing, watching tv/movies, writing, presentations, games, etc. It has apps for everything and everyone. Touch screen works wonderfully. I also purchase the blu tooth keyboard to type longer papers.
