- Ingredients: Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Tapioca Starch, Wheat Gluten, Lactic Acid, Salt, Beta Carotene. Sauce: Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol, Lactic Acid), Sugar, Rice Wine, Roasted Sesame Oil, Corn Starch, Onion, Garlic, Onion (Dehydrated), Shiitake Mushroom (Dehydrated), Garlic (Dehydrated), Spices, Mushroom, Yeast Extract. Toppings: Fried Tofu (Dehydrated), Carrot (Dehydrated), Corn (Dehydrated), Spinach (Dehydrated), Green Onion (Dehydrated).
- Microwave: 1. Place noodles and vegetable topping mix in bowl and add about a cup of hot water. 2. Cover loosely with lid and microwave on High for 2 minutes until noodles are hot. (Caution: bowl will be hot after microwaving.) 3. Using the lid, carefully drain water from bowl. 4. Add sauce and toss well. No microwave? Add 1 cup boiling water to noodles and dry topping mix in bowl. Cover with lid and let stand one minute. Drain. Add sauce and toss well. Enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
