- Ingredients: Noodles: Water, Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Dried Egg White, Lactic Acid, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2). Sauce: Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol, Vinegar, Lactic Acid), Evaporated Cane Juice, Rice Wine, Roasted Sesame Oil, Corn Starch, Onion, Garlic, Onion (Dehydrated), Shiitake Mushroom (Dehydrated), Garlic (Dehydrated), Spices, Rice Vinegar.
- Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Microwave: 1. Place noodles and sauce into tray; cover loosely with lid. 2. Cook on high for about one minute, depending on microwave strength. 3. Stir well. Stovetop: 1. Add noodles to 2 cups boiling water, and let stand for 30 seconds. 2. Drain water completely. 3. Add sauce as needed to taste, stir well.
