    These little cookies are great for eating with your coffee or tea and come in lots of flavors. Mint Chocolate and Cappuccino flavor are my favs!

    The way I like to eat them is by sticking one in the microwave with a marshmallow on top, cooking it for a couple of seconds and then placing another cookie on top. It ends up being like a s'more sandwich cookie, very addictive.
