Eton American Red Cross Solarlink FR600 Emergency Radio
With this radio, you're prepared for any and all emergencies. It works on AM, FM, and SW channels, with access to 7 different NOAA weather channels, SAME technology, and an alert system so you receive area specific weather reports. Its added features include a flashlight, a flashing beacon, a cell phone charger, and an emergency siren, all of which ensure your security. The cell phone charger doubles as a port for your MP3 player. The large digital display is meant for easy reading, and there is an alarm function, so you're always on time. The radio can be powered 4 different ways: solar, hand crank, DC, or with 3 AA batteries (not included).

    great compact emergency radio. Will use it in the next hurricane season, when power-outage is expected for the tornado-watch and to stay informed in general.
    I best like the fact that it does not only depend on batteries, but also has solar cells and a manuel loading accu.
