        The screen only lasted long enough for the warranty to expire! (One year and one month!) Amazon said they would "give me a break" if I bought another one, to the tune of around $90. It cost [$] new, and only lasted a year! I'm feeling so ripped off! It's not worth it; now looking for other e-readers who provide service after the sale!

            I really love my kindle. [@] offers discounted books many are even free. When I had a problem and called customer service they were amazing, very patient and all in all pretty incredible. I have had my kindle for quite some time I am so impressed I am even thinking of upgrading to the fire!
