      I got hooked on these in high school, but as I've gotten older I've found more uses. They are great after a big meal to help soothe the tummy and if you're a smoker, they knock out the killer smoke & coffee breath combo. They also make a smaller sugar free version that are easier to swallow whole for the upset stomach cure and the small container is perfect for tiny purses.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
