        I started using AlternaVites because a friend said she loved the taste and she remembered to take her vitamins. I always forgot to take my vitamins and would leave the house without them.           I was never able to swallow pills, and could never find a vitamin for me. I got a sample of alternaVites and tried it. It was so easy to take and really tastes good! While I had to pour the crystals onto my tongue slowly, it reminded me of a pixie stick or lik-m-aid. :)

          the stuff wouldn't dissolve on my tongue & I couldn't swallow it. When I tried to drink something I choked & vomited every time & that was 3 or 4 times.
