I was hoping this would be a usefull tool or work. Unfortunately the keyboard is a big negative, especially the eraser style mouse. It had problems with jumping to the corner of the screen. Downloaded their patch but it didn't completely correct the problem. Contacted support and all they said was to play with mouse settings and see if that'll fix it. They wanted me to refresh system from included CD's but there's no CD player in the system. They suggested I buy an external CD drive. When I asked if this would guarantee to fix the problem they said they weren't sure. Needless to say I opted to and return the W500 instead of spending more money to maybe or maybe not fix the problem. This was very poor support.

      I use this tablet for everything... facebook,e-mail, I.M, Shopping,couponing, sweepstakes. and more. My kids also use it for school and games. I haven't found anything I can't do on it just as well as I can on my desk top computer. Even though the screen is smaller then my desk top I can use my fingers to stretch the screen making it much better then the desk top. Plus it's portable. Hello it is awsome. This was suppose to be for my husband but just after we ordered it he found a bigger laptop he decided he wanted. The plan was to send the tablet back after it came. It came we saw we loved and it is staying for good.
