      Tried for several days to get operating system to open, thinking it must be something simple I could do. Read over all of the instructions, but to no avail. Ended up returning this Netbook and purchasing another one exactly like it, which worked upon first power up. Must have just gotten a lemon the first time.

        We mainly use the computer for going on-line. We would use it a lot more for school work, etc. but it didn't come with a Windows 7.0 program. We get a free trial but then you have to purchase after that.

          It's a very nice product. The only con is the screen size. It works fine for me but if you want to play games or need to see a full screen, you're better off with a full size screen. Other than that, very happy with it.
