1 Box = 5 oz; Szechuan Noodles. Quick meal. Ready in minutes - microwave or stovetop. Makes 1-1/2 cups cooked. Real fast. Real easy. A taste of China in minutes! No preservatives. Gluten-free. No trans fat. Produced in Thailand.

Ingredients: Sauce: Miso (Soybean, Rice, Salt), Soybean Oil, Garlic, Water, Sugar, Ginger, Green Shallot, Shallot, Chili Paste (Sunflower Oil, Shallot, Sugar, Tamarind Juice [Tamarind, Water], Fish Sauce [Anchovies, Salt], Garlic, Chili, Water, Dried Shrimps, Salt, Alpha-Tocopherol), Roasted Sesame Seeds, Sesame Oil, Rice Wine, Vinegar, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (Soybeans, Corn, Maltodextrin), Salt, Yeast Extract, Caramel, Paprika Oleoresin, Chili Oleoresin. Rice Noodles: Rice Flour, Water, Modified Tapioca Starch. Seasoning Envelope: Carrot, Red Bell Pepper, Green Shallot.
Microwave: 1. Remove all envelopes from carton. Add 1 cup water to carton (to inside fill line). 2. Add contents of all envelopes, except sauce. 3. Close carton. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Open carton carefully (hot). Stir in sauce. 4. Close carton and microwave 2 minutes. Let rest 1 minute. (If noodles are too firm, cook for 1 more minute.) Enjoy! Microwaves vary. Heating times are approximate. Caution: Contents hot after microwaving! Revised Microwave Instructions: Keep carton open when cooking. Stove Top: 1. Add 1 cup water to saucepan. 2. Add contents of all envelopes except sauce and stir. 3. While stirring, bring to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. 4. Stir in sauce and cook 1 minute or until noodles are soft. Serve!
