I was so very disappointed when I ordered this exercise pen. We have a Boston Terrier and take a cage exactly like this one camping with us (we actually purchased it from Meijer.com) However, when I went to order this one recently on September 18, 2011, I figured I would receive the package by our camping trip scheduled for October 5, 2011. However, I was very disappointed when the delivery never came and when I did call about the delivery problem, it ended up being an error in the entry in the tracking number. I am human and make mistakes also, but it took about 4 days for anyone to "look into" the problem with emails. On October 5, having still not received the exercise pen, I cancelled the order and went to our local pet store and purchased the same thing. I did pay just a bit more, but to me it was worth not having to deal with tracking numbers and such.

We set this up in a quite corner of the apartment for when we aren't home to watch the puppy. With a bed, food, water, and some toys, the puppy is happy as a clam. This product is definitely larger than we had even expected and the assembly is ridiculously easy. We just popped it out of the box and arranged it in the shape we liked best.
