It will not damage surfaces; however, if it wears down enough to expose the fasteners, it can damage surfaces. Check the EZ Glide Edge regularly. Note Manplow Snow Pusher sold separately."

I bought this to use specifically on my very large wood deck and it is awesome. I have had various types of plastic shovels over the years before I found this product. The price is up there but when I tallied up the crummy ones that broke in the past, it became a no brainer to purchase this. 7 friends tried it out and all were amazed. 4 of them are purchasing their own.
