        Because I recently started cycling for a change in my fitness routine, we decided to upgrade my old Mountain Bike to something I could ride with the family and on my own for my morning workouts. I am 5'3", and could not get on this bike comfortably. The great seat, makes the bike to high for an average size woman. I really had my heart set on this bike, but opted for a non comfort bike instead.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          this was so easy to assemble and was actuslly more attractive than it appeared. I have enjoyed riding every day since it rrived. For a casual/recreational bike, i'd say two thumbs up!
