The tires wobble. The gear shifting knobs are tight and are extremely hard to turn... it causes blisters. The handlebars don't tighten down very good. After hours and hours of tuning both derailleur's, I could only manage to get 6 of the 7 rear gears to function and 2 of the 3 gears in the front to function. So if you want to waste your money and be unhappy with your bike, then this is the bike for you. If you are on a budget and want a bike, then PLEASE do your research. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR![...]. I won't be buying a cheap bike this next time.

The bike arrived pretty quickly after ordering. It is very cute and colorful; just like the picture. Unfortunately it arrived via UPS and the rear derailler was bent toward the tire which made it unrideable. Fortunately I have a bike savvy boyfriend who bent it back to the correct position. He said the tools provided didn't quite fit the nuts and bolts of the bike, but he has his own tools and used them. I haven't ridden it far but I expect it will be a good exercise bike once it's broken in. One other weird thing- the front reflector was facing the wrong direction, was vertical instead of horizontal, so we had to get a new one because there was no way to change it.
