    Just got this, so I can't comment on durability in the weather. But it is a very attractive item--the finish is a bit glittery, and the blue/white swirls are dramatic when it spins. The construction seems sturdy and the finish well done. I got this as a birthday gift for my favorite UK fan, and he loved it.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
