When you see
free shipping next to an item, that means the item ships free for the first level of that shipping class. This level is selected for you when you place your order. If you change the shipping method while placing your order, the charge for the new shipping method will show in your cart.
For Example:
- 1. If an item can ship Standard, Expedited, or Express, and it's also shown as "Free Shipping," only Standard Shipping is free. If you change your shipping method to Expedited or Express, you'll be charged the rate for that shipping method.
- 2. If an item can ship Special Delivery At Home, Special Delivery In Room, or Special Delivery White Glove, and it's also shown as "Free Shipping," only Special Delivery At Home is free. If you change your shipping method to Special Delivery In Room or Special Delivery White Glove, you'll be charged the rate for that shipping method.

- 2. If you have more than one recent order, click the order you want to return.

- 4. Please return the item in the original packaging, along with manuals and accessories.
