    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 oz cranberry juice
    • 3 lemon wheels
    • 3 oz Perrier®
    • 1 oz premium vodka

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. In a tall glass, pour 1/2 oz of cranberry juice and 1/2 oz of vodka. Add a lemon wheel to seal in the cranberry juice and vodka.
    2. Pour 1 oz of cold Perrier® on top of lemon wheel. Place another lemon wheel over the Perrier®.
    3. Pour 1/2 oz of cranberry juice and 1/2 oz of vodka. Seal the juice and vodka with another lemon wheel.
    4. Top off the cocktail with 1 oz of cold Perrier®. Serve the cocktail with a long straw to pierce through the lemon wheels and mix the drink.

    • 1 oz pear-flavored vodka
    • 1/2 oz cranberry juice
    • 1/2 oz pineapple liqueur

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Pour ingredients into the shaker. Shake well, pour into a tall shot glass and set aside.
    2. Partially fill a medium size glass with chilled Perrier®, then carefully place the shot glass into the glass of Perrier®.

    • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 8 cups cooked cut green beans
    • 2-2/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 1-1/3 cups onions in a 3-quart casserole.
    2. Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
    3. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

    RECIPE TIPS:

    For the green beans, you can use 2 bags (16-20 oz each) frozen green beans, thawed, 4 packages (9 oz each) frozen green beans, thawed, 4 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained, or about 3 lbs fresh green beans. For a festive touch, add 1/2 cup chopped red pepper to the soup.

    • 2 spinach herb-flavored flour tortillas (10 inch)
    • PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray
    • 4 tablespoons refrigerated basil pesto
    • 1 can (28 oz) Hunt's® Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes, drained, cut into 1/2-inch lengthwise slices
    • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Place oven rack in center of oven and preheat to 450°F.
    2. Make hole in center of each tortilla by pressing out with unopened can of whole tomatoes. Spray one side of each tortilla with cooking spray; place sprayed-side down on baking sheet. Spread 2 tablespoons pesto evenly around each ‘wreath.' For each ‘wreath,' top with half of the tomato slices and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
    3. Bake 7 minutes or until cheese has browned lightly. Cut into slices and serve.

    RECIPE TIPS:

    Use kitchen scissors to cut "wreath" pizzas easily. Make these pizzas at other times of the year by spreading pesto on whole tortillas and cutting into wedges. Multigrain tortillas also could be used.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 4 cups popped microwave popcorn
    • 4-1/2 cups Corn Chex® or Rice Chex® cereal
    • 1/2 cup honey-roasted peanuts, if desired

    • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn. In large microwavable bowl, mix popcorn, cereal and peanuts; set aside.
    2. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is boiling. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
    3. Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring and scraping bowl after every minute. Spread on waxed paper to cool, stirring occasionally to break up. Store in airtight container.

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Grease and base line a loaf and preheat the oven to 350°F.
    2. Heat the Diet Coke in a medium pan until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in dates, baking soda, then stir in the cherries, cranberries and honey. Mix well and allow to cool.
    3. Sift the flour with the spices, then add to the cooled date mixture. Stir in the eggs and nuts. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 1 to 1-1/4 hours, or until a fork inserted into the middle comes out clean, covering with foil if the cake becomes too brown.
    4. Leave to cool in loaf pan. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Makes 10 slices.

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F
    2. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in brown sugar, dark and light corn syrups, butter, liqueur and vanilla extract. Stir in walnuts, pecans, macadamias and 1/2 cup morsels. Spoon into pie shell.
    3. Bake for 35 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F.; bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.Pipe rosettes or dollop whipped cream around side of pie. Place whole nuts in centers of rosettes or dollops.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray
    • 1 refrigerated Meijer Pie Crust (1 crust = 1/2 of 15 oz pkg)
    • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup Fleischmann's® Original-stick
    • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 cups Meijer assorted nuts, such as slivered almonds, chopped walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts, toasted
    • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
    • Reddi-wip® Extra Creamy Dairy Whipped Topping

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom with baking spray. Place pie crust firmly in bottom and up sides of pan.
    2. Combine sugar and margarine in medium saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, honey and vanilla with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in nuts and cranberries. Spoon mixture into prepared crust.
    3. Bake 20 minutes or until filling is bubbly. Cool on wire rack.
    4. Cut into 10 slices. Top each slice with a serving of Reddi-wip just before serving.

    RECIPE TIPS:

    To toast nuts, spread in ungreased baking pan. Bake in 350°F oven 5 to 7 minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1/3 cup hot water
    • 5 envelopes (0.73 oz each) Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa Mix (5 packets = 1 cup)
    • 1 cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 1/4 cup Meijer Light Corn Syrup
    • 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
    • 2 cups finely crushed Meijer Vanilla Wafers (about 60 wafers)
    • 1 cup decorative holiday sprinkles
    • PAM® No-Stick Cooking Spray

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Combine hot water and cocoa mix in large bowl until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and corn syrup until blended. Blend in confectioners' sugar and crushed wafers until well combined.
    2. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls of chocolate mixture onto waxed paper; set aside. Place sprinkles in shallow dish. Form each chocolate drop into a ball and roll in sprinkles until coated.
    3. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Store refrigerated in airtight container.

    Place wafers in resealable food storage bag and crush with rolling pin.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 12 (6" lengths) red or black string licorice
    • 12 JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
    • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 1 package (10 oz., about 40) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows OR 4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
    • 6 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
    • Frosting
    • M&M'S® brand chocolate candies

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Fold each licorice piece in half and push ends through centers of 12 miniature marshmallows. Set aside.
    2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add 10 ounces marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
    3. Using 1/2-cup measuring cup coated with cooking spray divide warm cereal mixture into 12 portions. Using buttered hands shape each portion into ornament shape around licorice ends. Cool. Decorate with frosting and M&M'S® brand chocolate candies. Best if served the same day.

    MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

    In microwave-safe bowl heat butter and marshmallows on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Follow steps 2 through 3 above. Microwave cooking times may vary.
